• To avail any Elite Club Membership benefits, the customer has to be enrolled to Delish Elite Membership Club.

•  The preferred phone number at the time of placing Order would be registered as Elite Member Id after customer confirmation. Once preferred phone number is confirmed as Elite Member Id, it can not be changed later.

• For enrollment into Delish Elite Club, customer has to share Full Name, Preferred phone number which becomes Elite Club Member Id and Email Address (to receive Loyalty benefits rewards)

• The Order has to be placed using registered Elite Member's Id - that is registered WhatsApp number with Delish to avail the assigned or received Elite Reward (Once the Order is placed, the Rewards can not be redeemed from another Elite Club Member Id)

• The Elite Rewards collected can not be clubbed together with the same or another registered Elite Member Id & redeemed

• The received Delish Elite Reward in registerd email address can be redeemed at the time of the next purchase

• The actual order cost (exception like delivery charges etc) only qualifies for the mentioned discount value in Reward 

•  For Elite Reward discount consideration, the full advance payment of order cost is mandatory

•  The Elite Rewards would be expired by the end of the year in which they are earned and need to redeemed by then.

• The Elite Rewards can not be encashed towards any kind of discount

• Elite Rewards can not be redeemed on 14th February, 25th December, 31st December and 1st January (black out dates)

• Refer A Friend Elite Reward (5% Discount on Next Order): For any references who place an Order with Delish, the customer (has to be Delish Elite Member) who has referred will get Referral Elite Reward against placed order PROVIDED - the reference has mentioned your Elite Member Id at the time of order placement. Once the order is placed, referral discount can not be added at later point.

• Prompt Order Elite Reward (5% Discount on Next Order): When you (Delish Elite Member) books the Theme Cake Order on the first day of enquiry; earn the Elite Reward which can be redeemed on the next Order placed by you.
